My photography business is guided by emotive storytelling. The action of creating art, of capturing pure emotion in photographs. I believe in the ability of a photo to take you back, to bring you to a memory or a feeling. My photography is entirely driven and fueled by the act of making a memory stand still.
Photography by Keri Cooper will always lead with appreciation and respect of nature. While beautiful photographs are wonderful I also take into account the respect of the environment.
Kaua’i is my home and I treat it and run my business within it as such.

I put immense effort into the entire client experience. My photography stands out to wildly in-love couples who value a comfortable and authentic relationship with their photographer. I will get on the phone with my couples and learn their story, listen to their dreams, and then not only take their photos, but also lead them through a day of experiences. The wedding day will be thoroughly covered with an opportunity for genuine human connection and support.
Couples who book with me are because they are looking for a day full of memories, rather than an hour of posed photos. They are looking for someone who can lead them throughout the island while documenting their love along the way. They are simply looking for more.

Photography has always been my dream career.
I photographed my first wedding in 2000, on Valentines Day at the base of a waterfall.
I met my husband, Mark in 2002 and we were married in 2007. Now, we have 3 of the cutest little boys and are living the life we always dreamed of.
We love our outdoor adventures around Kaua'i. We can be found hiking, camping, skateboarding, or hanging at the beach, followed by snuggles and movies on the couch. Our favorite pastime is just being together.
